One of the reasons why you are having a tough time getting credit is due to legislation passed last year. Since February, no under age 21 may obtain a card without an endorsement, and co-signer must have a very good credit, so you can not have any co-signer. Many companies cards do not dare to open new accounts so close to the deadlines and have discontinued their actions (hence Finds deny).
