no credit history but need/want credit card?
I’m 19 and currently employed at walmart and want to get a credit card. I already applied at Capital One and was declined (online). What should I apply for next? I applied for chase but it takes 10 days for my application to be reviewed and theres a chance it will be declined too. I don’t have bad credit, I have no credit. I heard about secure credit cards where I have to deposit a certain amount (200$-400$). Which is a lot of money… Are there any where I don’t have to do that and if not what is that exactly? Is that 400$ I never get back but is used for my credit limit and I still have to make monthly payments?
