"I'm so POD My question is, how I can enter my a computer to retrieve the exact date and time I made my purchase. I do not mean to sound computer illiterate, but I tried everything. I do not know if there is any way to retrieve the exact time and date on your computer, but what I would do is file a dispute with your credit card company. Investigate. Moreover, I would find the website that said the trial was free for 7 days and print a paper copy to keep as evidence. Then I tried to find the state where is this business and file a complaint with state consumer agencies.
