I just applied for an apartment … but I am concerned about the credit check … can anyone help?
I meet the income requirements and things like that that's all good. But now they have to check my credit report. I have a credit account 669-675. I was a building manager and also worked for property management company. We look for people who had been in their jobs for at least a year. After six months rental or more. FICO Score of 650 or higher. No evictions, collection or processions again. I do not think you have trouble finding a nice place to live.
