Free Credit Card Cancellation Letters
Dubai Immigration Rules- Change of job and unpaid dues?
Hi,
I am moving out of a free zone (DIFC) company and going to join a non free zone company after 1 month. In the meanwhile, I will be getting my DIFC visa canceled and after that I will be going to India on a short vacation. During that time the new company will be sending me the employment visa entry permit.
Now I have a car loan and credit card dues outstanding. I have been paying the dues regularly and will be doing so even in the interim. However, I have following questions:
1) On seeing the visa cancellation, will the immigration staff at the airport ask me about my dues to any banks. Will I be asked to get a no due certificate or something.
2) Can I show my new job offer letter to reassure them that i will be returning with a new employment visa. do they accept that.
3) If they do not accept that will they throw me in jail unless i do not repay the whole amount of my car loan and credit card outstanding..
