Does anyone know about these age verifying sites?
I’ve posted ads on craigslist in the personals section hoping to meet someone. There seem to be lots of what are called bots there or computer generated fake ads and responses. Anyway, some of the responses I’ve gotten have said that they were tired of the fakes on there and that they joined a so called free age verifying site that will prove a persons age and it’s supposedly free. Well I went to one of these sites and they wanted my credit card number which they said wouldn’t be charged. In the fine print it said that if I signed up that I would be aggreeing to use two of their affiliates and if I chose not to use those affiliats that I would be charged $39.95 a month! It sounds like a rip off and I’m very cautious about giving out my credit card numbers in fear of identity theft! So can anyone tell me anout these sites or if you have joined them what has your ecperience with them been?

sites like friend finder, and the associated sites, have an age verifying service, but i still think meeting them is the only way.
it is very scary to met a girl on myspace, you check her profile, she is over 18, then after a few emails, says she is 13. why the law allows underage girl to offer them selfs as bait, then arrest the guy, is beyond me. trolling for guys over 18 just because you want to get raped because you think it is exciting, should be illegal. they should arrest the girl.
as for the bots, if you read closely, you can usually spot them “i lover you long time joe”. “me see profily, you best fopr meee. we meet, we love.”
