No Credit Credit Card Fee
I have several credit card, but no balance on them, can a credit card company put a fee on without me knowing?
I use only one credit card, and I don’t really follow the others. I just want to see if credit card companies can put a frivilous fee on the card without my knowing or consent.
I don’t have a problem yet, but I don’t want one in the future.
Obviously if your card has an annual fee or begins using one then there will be a fee. Also, be wary of those little “information pamphlets they sometimes send out regarding privacy and the tiny information that is hard to understand. My card apparently started a identity theft security program that was $3.00/month. You were automatically enrolled in it unless you called to say that you didn’t want to be part of the program. Well, I only had this card for emergencies and I’d never used it, so I wasn’t too pleased to see this charge. I canceled the card after having the charge removed because that wasn’t a company that I wanted to be associated with.
